You see the food in advertising all the time. It’s the grilled, juicy, mouth-watering steak.

The French Fries. The Fried Chicken. Onion rings. The list of grilled, broiled and deep-fried food goes on and on.

All these foods are cooked at high temperatures and you love to eat them. They taste fabulous.

But did you know they can put your life at significant risk?


Decrease Cancer Risk: Stop Wreaking Havoc on Your Body

Here’s the problem… You want to continue eating them, while at the same time you’re trying to become healthier.

Until now, no one probably told you about the dangers of foods cooked at high temperatures.

Eating foods cooked at high temperatures significantly increases your risk of cancer.

There are easy alternatives.

  • Eat your food raw when you can.
  • Cook your food in the microwave.
  • Steam or boil your food a low temperatures — water is a heat buffer.
  • Bake your food in the oven at 300 degrees or less.

You don’t have to go it alone. Let your friends and family know about your healthy endeavor.

More than likely they’ll support you and change the way they eat along with you.

It’s easier when you enlist the help of a friend or family member as a support system.

Cancer risks are everywhere, and it’s not easy to keep yourself protected.

It can seem overwhelming at times in your busy life.

It takes time and effort. All the delicious foods you enjoy never go away.

You can still enjoy a delicious meal, but without damaging your health. And without increasing your cancer risk.

You can start by using some of the practical advice mentioned above to create your own personal health plan.

Now you have some tools for preparing healthy, delicious foods.

Reaching your goal of improving your health should get a little easier.

You’ll feel better, physically and mentally.
