More than likely you’re just starting out. That’s okay. I’ve been there, not knowing what to do or which way to go. I had to struggle with injuries because nobody told me the right way to exercise. I wasted a lot of time eating foods I thought were healthy, but could have harmed my health. Or trying remedies that didn’t work.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree in exercise science.
